CHROMA is supported by the PRS Foundation
www.prsfoundation.co.uk
The PRS Foundation (PRSF) is the UK's largest independent funder purely for new music, of any genre.
Widely respected as a refreshingly approachable and adventurous funding body, the Foundation supports an amazing range of new music activity - from unsigned band showcases to composer residencies, from commissions for new music to experimental live electronica.
Its main aims are to stimulate and support the creation and performance of new music in the UK and to help audiences understand and enjoy the new music they experience. In addition it aims to motivate public debate about the state of creative music-making in the UK.
The PRS Foundation is a particularly significant force in supporting creatively adventurous and pioneering musical activity. Its funding and partnership activities have kick-started many unusual collaborations and projects and helped to underpin some of the most original and interesting musical initiatives in the UK
over the past 5 years.

CHROMA's education and outreach activity is funded by:
Scottish Awards For All
Shetland Islands Council
Shetland Arts
The Community of Fair Isle
The Paul Hamlyn Foundation
The Ernest Cook Trust
The Kenneth Leighton Trust

Thank you to Roger Rowe in Norwich; David Sumner in Whithorn and all the Fair Isle folk - for not only championing contemporary music /education work and acting as advocates for CHROMA, but for being the most welcoming of hosts and letting us take over your kitchens!

To Mo Carrington and Cameron Poole at the LPO for their generous advice and support, to Anna Gregg, Bill Bankes-Jones and the team at Téte à Téte for, well, everything!, and to all the team at Spitalfields Festival, ditto.

To Pino & Michelle at Gastronomica Wapping (0207 481 8669); Jules Wright & everyone at the Wapping Power Station (0871 3328754 www.thewappingproject.com ) for feeding us, letting us lig the WiFi & generally make ourselves at home, and Perpignan, for being the best chilled-out place to get our creative heads together!
